Mapping an existing domain

  Payment for mapping an existing domain is not working. It says I can map it and then just takes me to a blank page without asking for payment or giving me a message saying that it has worked without payment.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Sorry for the confusion! Because your account annacisv is an Editor on the site cisvlondongb.wordpress.com, you’ll need to ask the site’s Administrator to map the domain there. (You can learn more about different User Roles like Editor and Administrator to find out what each role can do on a site.)

  I’ll check with my team to find out why you’re getting a message saying you can map that domain — you shouldn’t get that if you aren’t an administrator on the site.
