Mapping cancellation

    Hello, I received an email saying mapping to my domain will renew, but I can’t find where to cancel it – there is nothing in my account. The email referred to kidsindacorum.co.uk, mapped to the site ‘kidsindacorumdotcodotuk.wordpress.com’ – I have not renewed the domain names so shouldn’t be mapped anymore. Are there any charges associated with this?

    Hi confessionsof3,

    The domain mapping upgrade forkidsindacorum.co.uk is owned by another WordPress.com account.

    Please log out of your confessionsof3 account, then log in using the email address your renewal reminder was sent to — you should see the option to cancel domain mapping on the Manage Purchases page.

    If you need any help, just reply to me here once you are logged into the other account and I can take care of that for you.
