Mapping Domain

    Hello,

    We just want to map a domain for right now, and are not interested in any plans. However, every time we try to map the domain, WordPress automatically adds a $99 per years plan to the order.

    How do we fix this? We’ve mapped domains without purchasing plans before.

    Hi there,

    We just want to map a domain for right now, and are not interested in any plans.

    You now need an upgraded WordPress.com plan in order to map a domain. The Personal plan is the cheapest option if you are upgrading primarily to do so.

    Add the Personal plan to your cart first. If the domain is added first, then the Premium plan is selected automatically.
