Mapping Domain Expired

Hello!
I have my domain name registered with Go Daddy and have always used WordPress to host my site. It’s been this way for at least 5 years and I do not recall ever “mapping” the domain, or paying for anything.
That being said, when I try to go to our website now it says “domain mapping has expired.” If I click “Domains” in the side bar, I can see it says naturalandorganicmarketing.com “mapped domain” “primary domain” expired 11 days ago. When I click it, it says it expired February 1st. If I click that, it takes me to a page saying “looking to upgrade?”
I am not sure what I am supposed to be upgrading. I just want the website to be working as it always has. What do I need to do to fix this? The wordpress domain is naturalandorganicmarketing.wordpress.com

Connecting a domain purchased elsewhere to a WordPress.com site has always required an upgrade. What is the custom domain, please?
The account you’re using to post here has never owned a domain mapping upgrade, and is also not the owner of naturalandorganicmarketing.wordpress.com
That site did have a domain mapping upgrade for the domain, naturalandorganicmarketing.com, originally purchased in February 2013 by the site owner, tofusenshi. That user still has another domain mapping active on their account, so they should be able to re-purchase a domain mapping for naturalandorganicmarketing.com as well without having to buy a plan.
However, as your account has never owned an upgrade on WordPress.com you will be required to purchase a plan if you want to add domain mapping to the site using your account.

I am logged in as tofusenshi now, but I still cannot figure out how to re-add the domain mapping for naturalandorganicmarketing.com.
I see where is says the domain mapping expired February 1st. If I click that and then click on payment settings, it just takes to a page that says purchases, which only shows tofusenshi.com domain mapping, or billing history, where I can see naturalandorganicmarketing.com domain mapping last occured on January 3rd, 2017, but I see no option to renew it.
Please advise.

UPDATE: I am following the instructions here — https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
But, once I get to the point where I type in the domain and click “Add,” it tells me, “Sorry, there was a problem processing your request. Please try again in a few minutes.”
I have tried numerous times after allowing a few minutes to pass and I keep getting the same error.

If I type in any other random site it works, so for some reason it’s clearly not accepting naturalandorganicmarketing.com.
How do I fix this?

It looks like a record for that domain was stuck in our system. I’ve cleared it out and added a domain mapping for that domain to your cart. You can go directly to this link to complete checkout and reactivate that upgrade.
