Mapping Domain not working

    Hello!

    I have my domain name registered with Go Daddy and have always used WordPress to host my site. It’s been this way for coming up 3 years.

    I am on a Premium Plan.

    If I go to Claim a free domain and use my domain, which on godaddy points to the wordpress nameservers already, I get an error:

    “Sorry, there was a problem processing your request. Please try again in a few minutes.”

    I can’t seem to get past this.

    Hi there,

    This is now fixed, and your domain is correctly mapped to your site again.

    Also note that your premium plan gives you access to live chat support for issues like these, via the Help icon that appears everywhere on My Sites.
