  Hi, I would like to stop the 17$ payment from being billed to my credit card. I’m building my website through another account and I think I’m paying this for nothing. Where can I stop the payment?

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel the upgrade.
