mapping issue; no access to 'settings' in sidebar

    Hello all,

    I think I have an authorization problem. My site is down with a mapping problem but I can’t access ‘settings.’ Domain is through godaddy, btw.

    This is the third day the site has been down. Assuming I’m able to export the wordpress site by hand, I will try google sites. I don’t have access to the automated ‘export’ function under tools🙄

    I can’t see that the domain connection has been made via this account.

    Do you have multiple accounts whereby this could be managed?

    This will help us to determine next steps.
