mapping or transferring

hello!
I’ve been trying to transfer my domain to wordpress but it tells me that you are not currently transferring “.com” domains. Can you help me with this? I do not want to map it. Also, when i created my account, I accidentally deleted when trying to transfer/map. Is there any way I can get it back on? I had to create a new wordpress.

We’re currently unable to accept incoming transfers, as we’re waiting on one of our domains partners to finish switching their systems over to be GDPR-compliant. For now, please connect the domain here using the domain mapping option. Then you can transfer it later at no additional cost once the transfer-option is available again.
Also, when i created my account, I accidentally deleted when trying to transfer/map. Is there any way I can get it back on?
What do you mean deleted your account? Did you have a different username that you deleted?
