Mapping to a domain

    I mapped to my domain incorrectly today (I left the www. off at the start as I presumed anyone putting www. at the start of my domain site would direct to the site automatically but it doesn’t).
    I would like to cancel my domain mapping but when I do it says I am not entitled to a refund even though I only paid for it today at 11am. It says there may be a problem with my payment and my bank did halt the payment for one minute to confirm it wasn’t a fraudulent use of my card. However the payment then did go ahead.

    So please can you inform me how to cancel my domain mapping and receive my refund? OR how I can edit my domain mapping so that I can put www. in front of my domain?

    Hi there!

    We don’t use the www in front of domains here at WordPress.com. I just visited http://www.sharonbrennan.net and was directed to your root domain sharonbrennan.net.

    Are you having trouble accessing your site using the www in front?
