Marketplace Purchasing Error

  I ordered a premium wordpress theme, however, there was an issue regarding the payment with Credit card. Therefore, I tried it several times and I could not receive theme. Once I checked my Credit card payment history, I noticed that I made this payment 3 times to marketplace although I did not get any service from them. How can I reach them so as to cancel these payments? Thanks in advance.

  Is this a theme that you purchased from WordPress.com? Or from somewhere selling WordPress.com themes?

  I am not seeing any WordPress.com purchases associated with the user account you are posting from.
