If you had purchased that domain you can recover access to it by providing us the transaction ID associated with that purchase.
Here’s how to recover the transaction ID from your credit card statements:

Thank you for your help. This is my dilemma, my website http://www.markhincheynaturopathy.com is linked to a previous website, http://www.markhincheynaturopathy.wordpress.com. I no longer have access to the email initially assigned to markhincheynaturopathy.wordpress.com. My email address, (email visible only to moderators and staff) is the only email I now communicate through. What I need to do is renew my markhincheynaturopathy.wordpress.com website for 24.00. I am ready to pay but have no ID or any paperwork as I thought this website was no longer required, until now. My site will go done on June 11 if I cannot solve this problem. I really appreciate all the help. I do not know what to do.

If you paid by debit or credit card, the transaction ID for any past transaction would appear directly on your bank statement, and you can then use that to verify ownership on our account recovery form.
Or if you paid directly via PayPal, you can get the PayPal transaction ID from your PayPal account history, or if you’ve closed your PayPal account you can still phone PayPal to get that information from them.

When you say log in to the account that owns the site do you mean markhincheynaturopathy.com? I have access to my website dashboard, however I can not locate an item to renew my site?

markhincheynaturopathy7669e4290f. This account does not own any upgrades.To renew the domain you need to be logged in as the WordPress.com username account that owns it.
The “dashboard” you’re able to access is the admin area for the site you have connected to that domain. That site is not hosted on our servers, and no admin accounts on that site have anything to do with any account on WordPress.com.
Put differently, you can access the site’s dashboard, because you’re using an account that only exists on that site to do that. But that site is not hosted with us and has no connection at all to WordPress.com, or to the WordPress.com username account that owns the domain.
