  Hello i have a site and i need to put marquee effect on it, but the marquee isn’t working so how i can do it?

  Hi there,

  To add something like that to a WordPress.com site you’d need to be on our Business Plan. Then you can install a theme or plugin that adds a marquee to your site. It is not possible to add it otherwise.
