Mature Content Help … please!

  I’ve started a blog today and since I’m new to this, I can’t quite figure out my way around things yet. I want to mark my blog as ‘mature content’ but I don’t know how … I can’t see the link that is referred to in other posts.
  Please can somebody with ‘powers that be’ categorize my blog for me? I want to start writing stuff but I don’t want to offend anybody.
