May I add a badge to my site?

  I have followed all directions given here in the forums regarding the addition of an outside badge. It will just not work. I’m using the html code I’ve been given and I type it into the widget area and it doesn’t show up on my blog. Please help. Losing my mind quickly.

  Could you make sure that the html code you’re using is allowed here at WordPress.com?

  You might consider using an image widget:

  What happens when you try to add each badge as a separate image widget?

  For example, you should be able to use the following URL for your image:
  http://images.blognation.com/themes/directory/badges/educationblogs/small-bottom.png?fl5n5EZN84VL8BPMBPEEAw

  And the following as your Link URL:
  http://www.educationblogs.net
