Me ha desparecido la parte gratuita de WordPress

    Hola. Hace dos años hicimos un blog en WordPress de manera gratuita que decidimos ampliar para tener mayor almacenamiento al año siguiente. Por lo que pagamos un plan de un año, nos dieron un dominio: ourwildsoul.com.
    El problema es que no hemos querido pagar de nuevo el plan y decidimos quedarnos con la página tal cual estaba en sus inicios: ourwildsoul.wordpress.org, ya que ustedes me dijeron que aunque diese de baja el plan de pago, el dominio como tal lo perdería pero mantendría lo anterior, la parte gratuita de la página.
    Pues resulta que ahora no tenemos nada. Nos dice que la cuenta no existe, la gratuita de WordPress, y no deja acceder de ninguna de las maneras, como si ya no existiera nada.
    Espero nos puedan dar una explicación.

    The site connected to that domain is https://ourwildsoul.wordpress.com/, not ourwildsoul.wordpress.org.

    You cannot visit that site because it is still connected to the expired domain. The domain will be removed completely within the next two weeks, then the free address will work again, or can make the free address the primary address for the site. To do that you need to log in as the account that owns the site, margangel.
