Me han cobrado la suscripción dos veces

    Ayer por la tarde mi página de wordpress me recordó que tenía que renovar la suscripción, y la pagué.
    Pero este mañana, me ha vuelto a parecer un mensaje para pagar, y pensé que no se había efectuado el pago, porque no lo ví en mi cuenta bancaria. Le he dado a pagar, y para mi sorpresa me han cobrado dos veces (creo que me han cobrado dos años consecutivos de renovación), pero YO NO QUERÍA ESTO. Yo sólo quería pagar el año en curso, el año 2022, y ahora me han cobrado la misma cantidad doble, sólo porque la página de wordpress me ha engañado esta mañana haciéndome creer que no estaba pagado.
    Reclamo que me devuelvan uno de los recibos, pues mi banco me ha pedido que lo reclame por escrito.
    Por favor, díganme algo.
