media admin settings missing

video player, audio, and podcasting are not options for me to add to my site. I get the error, ‘m4a: Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons’ every time I try to upload an audio or video file. When I go to add these permissions to my media options under my admin settings, the option is blank.

Uploading Audio files on WordPress.com is only possible on our Blogger plan or higher.
Uploading Video files is only possible on our Premium Plan or higher.

Your site at http://kellichristinecase.wordpress.com/ is on the free plan. You can embed audio and video from other services to your site on that plan, but you cannot upload those types of files directly to the media library.
