  Hi I am trying to add new media to my pages and posts and the button does not seem to be working. I have deactivated my plugins and activated them again. I can not see anything in settings that would be causing this? When I am in a new post or page and I click the add media button it just does not do anything?

  actually to update this none of my buttons at the top of my post/page are working, I click on them and they don’t do anything???

  You are in the wrong forum and need to be at WordPress.ORG for help with that version of the software.
