media button

    I’m trying to add media to my Blog, but the add media button seems to not exist in the toolbar. there is a blank square where it should be on the left hand side of the tool bar, trying to add video and pictures. Thanks for your help

    Hi,

    I wonder if the image might be blocked on your site for some reason.

    A few questions:
    1. Are there other icons missing from the post/page editor toolbar?
    2. If you move the cursor over the center of the blank square, does a tooltip appear which reads “Add Media?”
    3. If you click on the blank square, does it open to a page displaying the media library with “Add New” and “Add via URL” buttons on top?
