Media files disappeared from library and website

  All my media files (jpgs, mp3s, videos) have disappeared from my library and the site. How do I restore them? Pls. note, I am NOT a programmer!

  This happened quite suddenly — no new weird plug-ins or anything. Changed the theme but that didn’t help. Hopefully the fix won’t require any programming skills!

  Hi there,

  I took a look at your dashboard, and I see 296 media files in your media library (under Media > Library in your dashboard). This is for your site at http://jesswaid.com/ . If you look there, do you see the media files?
