Media – How to Uncompress files so I can print 4 x 6 pictures

OK . . . I did not a smart thing! After I uploaded my pictures to my media file in WordPress, I deleted from my computer to save space. I went to each picture in my media file, did a ‘Save As’ to pictures on my file, then sent them to Walgreens to be printed on 4×6 photo stock and they all turned out blury. Is that because all my photos in WordPress are compressed? If so, how do I undo this action for each picture that I want a 4×6 photo of? Thanks!
