  Since the new update, I can’t see files in my Media Library (they appear as grey boxes) and I can’t upload video files. Can someone please advise how to resolve this issue please?

  Hi there, have you tried logging out of WordPress.com, clearing your browser cache and cookies and then closing and reopening your browser?
