Media library does not work properly also image uploading not work well, it uploaded in folder but cant load media library giving an error

Iam shifting my site from another server to godaddy , i copy all code from previous server and paste in godaddy and point to that folder where site data in it. Is it right method that i do, if not please suggest me.
