Media library Grey tiles and unable to add

So my media library will no longer load thumbnail and when I attempt to upload any new media it take me to the crop screen but doesn’t allow me to crop just says it requires mouse interaction

Do you have the same problem in a different browser? Or are you using the WordPress app?
