Media Library missing/hidden items

    I attempted to add a saved image as a ‘featured image’, but the item was not listed in my Media Library, when I know it should be, because I have used that image a few times as my ‘featured image’. I am able to see it when using the WordPress application, but not on the website, and I have to use the website to add a ‘featured image’ because your app version does not allow it. I have requested that you add that feature as an update. Please add the missing/hidden items back to the website. I tried using your ‘Help’ to get help, and the help that was offered did not solve the problem, and the information offered did not match the available options on your website.
