media & link buttons not working

  I can no longer add a hyperlink or insert media into a page/post. I click on the buttons but nothing happens. I have had no issues until now.

  I’m sorry to hear this! I just tried to reproduce your issue and unfortunately I’m unable to do so as seen here:

  

  I believe there may be an issue with the browser. Can you please clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?

  If that doesn’t work can you try using a different browser like Google Chrome or Safari?
