Media Screen issues – logo & primary menu

I am struggling with a site with Divi theme. I think I need coding to resolve the issue.
1. How do I stop my menu from jumping on to two lines therefore making the logo huge on a tablet (in landscape view)
2. On mobile view the logo barely looks visible.
Any help would be much appreciated!!

ok, I have fixed the menu jumping by reducing the size of the text, but on a desktop I would like this to be a little better. If anyone knows a code way round it that would be brilliant!! Still not sure how to make logo bigger on a mobile?
