Media still accessible after being deleted

  Hi Team,

  I removed the below pdf from my media library on 6 August but it is still accessible (it has been downloaded 25 times since I removed it)

  Can you please look in to why this is still accessible?

  Hi Damian, it’s possible it was cached on one of our file servers. I’ve cleared that for this file, just in case. Can you double check now to ensure the link no longer works?

  Thanks, the url is now returning a 404.
