  I am not able to add media successfully. It is extremely slow and taking infinite time. please help

  This is likely an issue with your local set up. What is your up and down speed on the internet connection? Try https://speedtest.net/ Remove other devices from the network to free up some bandwidth.

  if you are able to, try using a different network or even mobile data to see if there’s any change.
