    I am importing subscription holders into our wordpress site through ‘Full Stripe’ and many of my subscribers failed the import. The reason is ‘No suitable subscription found’. I can’t make sense of this because they’re all on a subscription. Most of the ones who failed are in a different currency like SGD and MYR but some failed for reasons I can’t work out.

    The plugin WP Full Stripe is created by a 3rd party company not connected to WordPress.com directly so we are not able to help with this request.
