Members subscriptions and paypal

  Hi guys, i have a question, im new in this, and i liked to create a 2 links, in the first link is Join, where i liked to put 3 options for payments for exemplo “3 months for x dollars”,”5 months for x dollars” and “6 months for x dollars”,than redirects to paypal account to get payed, and the other link a members area where only people that subscrybe can enter in this page.
  Can someone help me, in using some plugin that is avalable for free?
