Membership charges

Hi, I was charged from WordPress. I just need to know exactly what these charges are and what are my options. I currently don’t use my accounts and I know I started this contract in July, not June.
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

My account has no record or purchases or charges. I need to know if my credit card is linked to another account that I do not have access to. I need to know the account for these charges.

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by Bluehost. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your billing issue.
