Membership renewal early and cannot login

  Hello,
  I am trying to cancel my subscription. However, when I login with my email address it brings up an account that does not have a website or plan attached to it from what I can tell.
  Also, I was charged for another year a month early, as my current plan does not expire until January 8, 2024. Can I please get refunded for this charge and have my account cancelled?
  My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the domain I was paying for is called ‘positionofpeace.com’
