memory size problem

    Hi, I recently run into this problem with memory size. I cannot upload any images – even very small images. I constantly get an error message. I tried to figure out how to increase the memory but failed. I do not understand much of the technical stuff. But I read that wordpress team help users to change the memory size. So please help
