Mention with parameter of "forfait pro" I did not confirmed
-
I pressed on “upgrade to pro” to check the requirements. I thought I’ll get a price. I did not get any confirmation or any other message and the blog seems to be a “forfait pro” now.
I do not want to upgrade now. How could I remove this parameter
Thanks for your help

You would have had to enter your credit card details to finalize the purchase, and I don’t see any transactions on your account.
Did you receive a receipt from us?
-
I did not enter my credit card details and did not either receice any receipt.
But on top right hand of my dashoard, the button is set to “Forfait Pro”.
I just want to be in a standard situation.

Your blog is definitely not under the Pro (aka Value) bundle.
Can you please try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache?

That is a good idea. I was sorry I did not think about it myself. I hoped that could change things.
Unfortunately that did not change the display. I tried it for different browsers (Firefox, Chrome and Safari – on a Mac)Sorry.
I do not understand what happened.
It does not change really my use of the WordPress, which is very basic

Can you please take a screenshot of what you see and upload it via Media -> Add New so I can see what’s going on?
-
Hi
I have added 2 screenshots in the media zone.
One is the previous dispaly, taken from another account “upgrade to pro” and image called “previously”.
Another one is called “now” with display showing “forfait Pro”.
I hope it will help -
Are the two blogs using different language settings?
Loosely, “forfait Pro” simply means “Pro package.”
You have no transactions on your account and none of the bundle features have been added to your blog.
