menu appearance

It doesn’t matter the theme I choose, all of them are not allowing me to change the way my menu displays. I would like to have a normal menu in the website, but the only one working in the moment is the one you have to click in the 3 little lines and then the options comes up. I am currently using theme oceanWP. Any help would be great! Many thanks.
