Menu appearance changing on it's own????

    Hi,

    I’m new to WordPress and trying to create a Menu for my site. When I’m ‘customizing’ my website the menu I’m trying to add looks one way, then when I actually save and publish it it looks another way. Why is it doing this??? I want the menu to look how it does when I’m in ‘customize’ mode.

    My blog is http://www.whatitmeanstowin.wordpress.com and the theme is Lovecraft.
    I took photos to better explain the issue I’m having but I don’t know how to upload them to this post.
