Menu bar colours not displaying correctly on smart phones

  I changed some colour settings on my main menu navigation bar and text yesterday. The changes have updated correctly when I view my website on my laptop, but not on my iPhone. I now have a black menu bar with white text showing on the laptop, but a blue menu bar with blue (therefore invisible) text showing when you view the website on a smart phone.
  I have cleared the cache and settings many times on both the laptop and smart phone but the phone is still showing the incorrect colours for the main menu bar. Please help! thanks :)
