Menu doesn’t update

Hi there,
The college website I am working with has some problems with updating new content to one of their menu. I followed the uploading instruction but for some reasons the new pdf isn’t showing on the academic calendar menu as it is supposed to. There is also another issues about adding space between sentences. The old press Enter method is not working for one of the page contents, and now we have this jammed up list of faculties names. Please reply as soon as possible for tackling these issues, thank you.
The site I need help with is http://www.oikos.edu/wp-admin/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with DreamHost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
