  Can I create a menu on a parent page within my site? Are there specific themes that support this and others that don’t?
  Computer – Mac
  Browser – Chrome
  Theme – Radcliffe 2

  Yes, you can create a parent page and link that in your menu. See the About and Contact pages set up on the theme demo at https://radcliffe2demo.wordpress.com/. Is that the idea you have?
