Menu Pages

  Hello, I need some assistance please. I created my WordPress site ages ago and have always had menu/pages on the homepage. All of a sudden a few months ago I came to the site to see that they weren’t there and that there was no option of getting to those items. Can you help? Any idea why this would’ve happened? The menu/pages are shown in my dashboard as published and the links to them still work. I am using the Oxford theme.

  Hi there,

  I do not see any sites using the Oxford theme your @yashikagraham WordPress.com account when I check on our end. I do see these two sites, but they are using different themes:

  – onscreenonlocation.wordpress.com – uses the Hever theme
  – yashikagraham.wordpress.com – uses the Exford theme

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
