Menu saving problem, not size limit

  I get a red error message saying ‘There was a problem saving your menu’ everytime I try to save changes to my menu

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Sorry for the trouble! Can you let me know exactly what changes you are making to your menu before you get that error? I can then investigate that more on my end.

  Also, are you making those changes on your Menus page or somewhere else?

  All I was doing was adding some sections and then pages under them. I tried again and successed in saving my changes. But I still want to know how to fix the the issue in case it happens again

  I’m glad it worked for you when you tried it this time. I can’t tell at this point what was going wrong, so if you have trouble with this issue again please reply here or start a new forum thread and describe the exact steps you took (exactly what you added to your menu and where) before you got the error message. That way, we can troubleshoot the issue to find out what is going wrong.
