  I am so confused trying to get my menu header. I now have my menu header but when I press the title in the header it does not show the relevant posts. I also have categories which are showing the posts. How can I link the categories to the menu. It is so confusing. I understand the difference between a post and a page . I have tried for hours. I am going to have a break and hopefully I can get a clear basic answer! Agh
