  When I try to create a new Menu the Pages area says No Items. What gives?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Well, you don’t HAVE any static pages. So until you have some, you won’t have any on the menu choices.

  When you have a question, always do a search of the Support documents. The difference between a Page and a Post is right on the front page http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

  I know what a post and a page are. I will state this again. When I am working with Appearance within the Dashboard I click on Menus. Within Menus I wish to add a menu structure, however under Pages it says No Items.

  How do I build a menu structure when no pages are listed…there is no Home, No About, no nothing listed.

  You have to create the items you want to include in a custom menu first. Then after you do that they exist and will be displayed so you can add them into the custom menu.
