Menus deleted

Seeking help for deleted menu categories across the top. I attempted to fix the problem but now I have a mess of a Henry and my image carousel is non existent. Any help us great appreciated. Is there anyway to restore my menus from earlier today? Wwe.movesunfiltered.com
