  I have an account set up under (email visible only to moderators and staff) and under (email visible only to moderators and staff). Triwest is ending their email so I need to merge all of my blogs under (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  To do that, first you will want to transfer the site to the account you wish to keep active: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  Once you have done that you can close the account by following the steps here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/
