Merge several RSS feeds into one feed?

    Google Blogger gives the opportunity to merge several RSS feeds into one feed, by listing the latest posts from several other blogs in a blog roll.

    1. Does WordPress have plans to offer such functionality?

    2. Which free product do you recommend to achieve this functionality, until WordPress also has implemented blog rolls widgets?
