  I recently paid for WordPress to begin setting up my company’s website. In the process of creating that website, I hired a web designer. She began working with me to create an attractive website to display for my customers. My issue is that when I log into the website my designer created, it says that I have not paid for the website, when I do have a receipt to prove that I did.

  I would be very thankful if someone would be able to assist me in this matter.

  That domain and site belong to a different WordPress.com account here, not the one you’re currently logged in under.

  You can use that transaction ID to recover access to the correct account by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
