Merging themes

  We had a theme customized for us (a nonprofit) and are unhappy with the header but want to maintain the rest. is there any way to replace the header without knowledge of css or html.

  for example, using a theme that has a customizable header without losing the parts in the body. Thanks for any help we can get!
