Merging two wordpress.com accounts for access from one login

  how to merge two different wordpress.com accounts into one – following a search on this topic, I have invited myself from one blog site to be an administrator for the other, which was supposed to then give me access to both of my blog sites when logging into ONE of my blog sites. This didn’t work. I clicked ‘accept’ invitation from my email I received, but the blog site invite still says ‘waiting’ under Users even though I logged out and then back in again.

  What do I need to do to enable me to have both sites appear on one of my wordpress.com logins so I don’t have to log in separately all the time?

  No. It’s supposed to allow you to access both blogs from ONE of your accounts. Not the other way around.
